I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. John Diaz and his entire team. From my first consultation through surgery and recovery, I felt completely confident in his expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care. My surgery went smoothly, and I felt supported and informed every step of the way. The recovery team was exceptional; attentive, kind, and incredibly organized. Ensuring I was comfortable and able to return home the very same day. Their coordination and care made all the difference. I’m feeling great and so grateful to have been in such capable hands. My experience was excellent, from the reception to the arrival of Dr. Diaz's team. They provided very special attention, even during a difficult time for me. I remember the Colombian lady who welcomed me in the pre-operative room, whose name I unfortunately don't remember. I remember the anesthesiologists until I arrived at Dr. Diaz, and the lady who monitored me until I woke up from the anesthesia. Everything was very organized and caring for the patient's health. Finally, Ivete, a lovely person, helped me get up and walk with great care and attention. I am very satisfied with the hospital and the Dr. Diaz team. The best.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very kind but I wanted to specifically recognize MRI tech VIcky Herrera. She was outstanding. Extremely caring and professional. Thank you Vicky for your compassion and sweet demeanor. I’m very grateful for the excellent service provided by all, especially Vicky.

Immediately greeted and directed to wait for input person. With very little time was greeted and escorted to a desk where most of my information was already stored. Then escorted to the place where a technician was going to place the blood pressure monitor. Adele was very patient and kind. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. She walked with me to the hospital exit. Very appreciated.

The team at this location gave EXCEPTIONAL service. The check in process was easy breezy. I was actually scheduled for a procedure that was not even necessary for the issue I am having. The staff was able to get my order updated on the spot & they squeezed me into the last appointment for the correct procedure. The staff went above & beyond to assist me. Shout out to Kathy, Diana, Sherronica & To the MRI tech (didn’t catch her name) they were truly lovely & extremely helpful & compassionate. It’s really good to know that there are still wonderful people with great intentions that still exist in the world ❤️❤️❤️ I highly recommend this imaging location. You will not regret it.
