Stay away from this place!! Avoid this location!! If you need a COVID test, it's better to go to a nearby pharmacy. This place is a scam! In the past, I’ve used this location for cold and flu symptoms visit in/out, I never paid anything out of pocket. On July 1, 2025, I visited this location, for saw a Dr. saw me and suggested getting a COVID test because I had a cold, and seven months later, I received this bill. I have full coverage insurance coverage through UHC and did not pay anything out of pocket for the COVID test my whole life since I haven’t change my insurance plan. I also contacted Baptist to request an itemized bill, which I never received one and they haven’t as January 19, 2026. .

Almost at the end of my radiotherapy sessions with Dr. Botero and her wonderful and professional team, she has been my second Angel on Earth, together with my Dr. Salom, I owe my life to both of them. I would like to leave you my gratitude and tell you that despite my diagnosis, I have felt the love, compassion and dedication of each of the people who work here. From the moment you enter the enclosure there are three wonderful people who welcome you every day: Nicole, Shantay and Nadine and that makes you feel better, safe. I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Baptist Health Orthopedics in Plantation! I arrived there and was greeted by their super polite staff and waited for less than 15 minutes at which time was taken back to see the very gifted Dr. Fernando Moya and was examined. I want to thank and acknowledge: Kay-Ann, Janelle, Susie & Jen. I have been to many orthopedic appointments in the past and was treated like "cattle" with long wait times in crowded rooms and with almost no time in front of the doctor. Dr. Moya took his time answered my questions. I would recommend Baptist Health Pine Island location for your orthopedic care.

First off it took me months to get in to even see a primary physician. To this day, I have never even met the primary physician I’m supposed to be seeing, Dr. Dulce Blanco. I have always been seen by the nurse practitioners. The nurse who checks me in is never friendly. Overall the place is kind of just a joke. The nurses and doctors do not wanna work at this location. They always call me and try and reschedule my appointments for earlier In the day if I have anything later than a 2 PM, which doesn’t always work for me. I would highly recommend not going to this location of Baptist health for primary Care physicians.

I went to the Plantation location, because it was close to me for Physical therapy. I have been going there for months with no improvement what so ever. They only do 30 minutes, two exercises, little massage and heat. They never gave me an exercise plan to do at home/ gym. They are lazy and don't care for the patient. They scheduled you for an entire month and never call or remind you of appointments in any form. It's hard to get a whole of them. I am very upset and disappointed I wasted my time going there.
