The man who delivered my husbands medication was very rude when he delivered medication since I had no idea his medication was being delivered to us and I confused asked him to please make sure to deliver the medication to my next door neighbors since the are always making the delivery at my door for them thought it was theirs. But when I told him he smugly said how can you be sure it doesn’t belong to this door and o said ok let me look at the name, when I realized it was my husband I said ok ok you are right and he replied I thought so. Horrible person.

Staff is not good with follow up and always has an attitude whenever I call. I expected more from a Baptist Pharmacy. You need to work on this. They also made the mistakes of running my medication without insurance further delaying the process.I called to refill my medication and the staff was unable to give me an approximate date as to when it may be ready. Instead I was advised it was on back ordered nationwide. That does not apply to the dose specific to my medication. Once again customer service needs major improvement.

I'm needing to transfer my services from Walgreens in zipcode 33187 due to terrible experiences with them to a service that can provide the services that are better able to fit my needs.
