Nice helpful people. They are conveniently located in the medical arts building

Rude with attitude over the phone. Plus it takes forever to get meds shipped. When you stay at this hospital, make sure the doctors do not order prescriptions to that pharmacy and make sure to select your own pharmacy

Horrible customer service. Not nice or even personable in the least. The woman 'helping' me ended up saying that my medicine is not there and hung up on me. I will find another pharmacy that will treat me like a human being and who wants my money.

We had Rx sent by Ophthalmologist to Baptist Pharmacy, she said very expensive, not in my Walgreens plan, called Dr next day, changed to less expensive Rx…this was not necessary, “she cared”, very polite & helpful. Much more helpful then Walgreens! Thank you Baptist Pharmacist!

I have a few doctors I see here at this facility and have recently changed my pharmacy to this building as well. Never a bad experience.
