Extremely pleased with my in-house consultation and with my colonoscopy by Dr. Laura Buchanan and her crew. I was informed of what I needed to do and very pleased with the outcome. They reached out with me before and during my procedure and when I went in for my consultation, I was very pleased with how the Customer Service went that I received. My husband goes to Dr. Buchanan as well, but her staff in-house and the people that she worked with during my procedure at Baptist Health were extremely kind and considerate. I highly recommend using Baptist Health stress for your upcoming needs.

I love Dr. Abby Carter!! The office staff are awesome!! Dr. Carter answered all my questions and concerns. She really seems to care and to me, that is priceless. The office is clean. They try to keep the wait time down. 5 stars from me!!!

Nurse practitioner Abby Carter, is absolutely the best. I’ve been getting the run around from multiple doctors, I seen her, and she’s the only one who hasn’t dismissed my concerns. She took her time, she didn’t rush. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Also the nursing staff was phenomenal. So sweet, and caring. You can tell they care about their patients here. ❤️

I am telling you if this is a prolonged medical issue and you dont want to be tossed around like a lab rat anymore. Stand up for yourself then. This office wont listen to the patient and states they only treat acute care and they will not assist further. I have been to the er and been informing every specialist i have at this time that has anything to do with me the knowledge of knowing that I am by no means going to the bathroom and am having to force it now that my stomach infection after effects are treated. This office will start to treat you like a liar and will completely disregard anything you. This office needs to have a federal inspection for the way they treat their patients. A patient is supposed to be able to explain and console in their provider. OFFICES need to stop practicin
