My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Jonathan Fialkow for several years. We have nothing but respect and admiration for Dr. Fialkow. We have also seen Lisa Davis, who is the doctor's PA. She is just as wonderful. My low rating has to do with the operation section of this practice. In the past year, the support staff in this practice have been inefficient and irresponsible. As a practicing clinician myself, I believe a doctor is as good as the quality of his staff. The main issues encountered have had to do with scheduling of appointments, requests of medication refills, failure to return voicemail messages, negative attitude by front desk staff, and overall staff incompetency. I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Eli Friedman and Dr. Harneet Walia, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! My first encounter with Dr. Friedman was during an emergency hospital stay when I was struggling to keep my oxygen levels up. Over the years, I’ve visited him several times, and each experience has been exceptional. He’s always been kind, attentive, and thorough. Dr. Friedman introduced me to Dr. Walia, a sleep specialist, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Before seeing her, I had visited two pulmonologists who specialized in sleep disorders, but felt like I was just going through the motions with minimal progress. I should begin this review by admitting that I have just recently left the care of this office. I've worked several years in healthcare, so perhaps I have a unique perspective of what it's like to work for a medical office, and what it is like to be a patient of one. What prompted me to leave, frustratingly, was not even the quality of care from the MD I've been with for the past few years. What pushed me to leave was the lackadaisical and uninitiated administrative staff. Here are a couple of my experiences: Upon arriving for one of my visits, a very unenthusiastic and seemingly jaded medical assistant took me to my room, completed her metrics on me, then left just after telling me the doctor would be in shortly. After waiting 45 minutes in the room alone, with no follow-ups or check-in

Should be zero. I didn’t see a doctor this review has to do with the front desk staff. They scream instead of speaking in a normal tone and are very unprofessional. It doesn’t seem like they know any customer service. Again, I do not know how the doctors practice but I do not recommend this location based solely on the front desk staff. Also, maybe the front desk layout needs to be updated it does not lend to privacy in conversations with them.

Received an echocardiogram here and was in quite some pain after. The tech said the pressure was necessary but I don’t think I should have this much discomfort after an ultrasound.
