It was the shortest wait time ever.We were in and out just like that.The nurse,Susan,was very polite and helpful and Dr.Robert Novo was excellent.He was very professional and got straight to the point.I can honestly say its the best hospital visit we've had.

Dont waste your time coming here. My 7 week old had a high fever so we took him here, waited literally 2 hours to be seen, no temperature checks or anything during that 2 hour wait. Finally when the doctor came he said we should give him tylenyol and go home. We did not feel comfortable doing that so we then took him to niklaus children’s hospital at coral gables which we then were seen right away. Again, done come here just go straight to the hospital.

I had a couple of surgeries at this hospital and have had family members who were also admitted as well. The staff in general that we have come across were very compassionate and have good bedside manner. I wish I could provide 5 stars, but the discharge process needs some re-evaluation as it can take most of the day just to be officially discharged. I understand that most nurses can get so busy being in charge of so many patients or maybe the doctors that release the patients take too long to officially sign off on the process. The discharge process in general should be re-examined so patients are not left waiting too long to go home.

Absolutely insane the nightmare we have had to live through at this place. Waiting 2 days for a doctor to send out a prescription that was supposed to be sent when my relative was discharged. Spoken to supervisor KRISTINA DIAZ and all she had to say was clam down I’ve also been hospitalized myself. Extremely unprofessional. If you care about your family take them anywhere else but baptist, all the bad reviews should have been a red flag from the start.

0 stars should be an option. Worst hospital experience in my life. night shift nurses are extremely rude and have extreme attitude (a horrible trait to have as a nurse). My wife and I came to this hospital to have our beautiful daughter delivered. labor and delivery nurses have treated us with complete disrespect to our family coming in and out of the room. As first time parents we were very nervous and excited to see our family throughout the process; our moods completely changed as soon as the night shift started because of their attitude towards our family. After having our baby delivered we were moved into a room where my wife and baby have been monitored and checked.
