⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience with the whole staff for Ziggy’s dental surgery. I was nervous going into it, but everything went smoothly and I felt confident he was in excellent hands the entire time. Dr. Lemley & Dr. Banks were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Ziggy ended up needing seven teeth removed, and the procedure went great. He was well cared for, and his recovery has been smooth so far. I’m really grateful for the care, patience, and skill shown during the whole process. If you’re looking for a vet you can trust. I highly recommend Banks Animal Hospital.

I have been twice since the new vet took over and from my experience they only want to run unnecessary test for big $$$ and get a shady to no explanation of what the test concluded. Today I asked to get a script refilled that Dr Banks prescribed but since Dr Banks was off they said the new vet wanted an office visit. This is my honest opinion since Dr Banks sold his business. They care more about money than helping out clients who've been with them for 5+ years. I am currently looking into other veterinary offices.

Dr. Lumley and her staff were so kind and considerate when we had to send our Pita over that rainbow bridge. They made a hard decision so much easier to deal with. We really appreciate their warmth and kindness.

Since the new owners have taken over the service has gotten much less personal. Took a new kitten there Twice and finally had to ask to meet the new vet as she never made even an appearance or introduction. I am not saying the service is bad...just don't go to the vet to never have any interactions with the vet.

Wonderful caring staff was so patient with my shy dog. They got on the floor with him and gave him lots of belly rubs and kisses. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience when hearing some pretty bad news. I was hugged, comforted and given an array of advice.
