I have nothing but praises for this pharmacy. All the pharmacist here have been RESPECTFUL and helpful. They have always answered all my questions, and have gone the extra mile. Plus FREE DELIVERY!

Not happy. I DO wanna support local business, but a few months after I switched to them I found out a crucial medication I need was no longer going to be carried by their supplier. They offered no solution, so I began getting that medication elsewhere. I also have to contact them to ask for refills EVERY time & remind them to autorenew my meds. Several times I've inquired about them notifying me when refills are ready, but their system can't do it despite numerous enrollments. Further, when I need a new prescription they suggest I contact my doctors directly to have it called in. Working with them has become a nuisance & HUGE amount of work AND requires going to another pharmacy too.

I recently switched to Bangor Drug Co after being with my previous pharmacy for years! Needless to say, I am so glad I did!! They have gone above and beyond for me with my prescription help and Maddie is TOP KNOTCH! I can not say enough nice things about the process and the people who work there!!

The staff here goes above and beyond to help their customers. I have a specialty medication that other pharmacies don't typically carry. When I asked my local CVS to fill my refill they informed me that it would take so long that I'd run out. Upon calling Bangor Drug and explaining the situation they jumped into action. They made sure I'd not run out by ordering the refills and then mailing them down to me in Southern Maine....now that is 5+ star service!!!!
