Banfield Pet Hospital

The vets are actually really nice but Olivia who works at the front desk is condescending and acts as if it’s a bother when you call, not only has she been rude to me she’s also been rude to my parents. Angel also can be nice but called me a racist, we’ve made complaints and nothing is ever done. Find another pet hospital, very few of the staff is nice, on top of that my dog passed and I call to cancel the plan and I’m being told I owe money which was never disclosed to me at the time of service. I have every receipt and not once was I told I owe money, or received a letter in the mail. Banfield is a scam and I recommend you visit somewhere else.

Banfield Southlake was there for my precious pup TeAmo on the 4th of July weekend when no one else would get her in---not even the Alliance Banfield where we had been going to for over 10 years. A sweet receptionist there also helped us with contact information for the Wautauga Banfield when it was time to say goodbye to our sweet old girl in February; and again Alliance couldn't help us. The compassion for my dog, and for me, was beyond what I'd grown to expect. When I get another dog in retirement, Southlake will be my 1st choice for pet care!

Great place for your pets. I have the Banfield medical plan for my dog and is easy and convenient. They always do an amazing job here and everyone is very nice and helpful. I have never had a problem and my doggy doesn’t come out traumatized; I used different veterinarians and they all great.

Lab test shows our dog has a UTI. No Doctors showed up for work today. We’ll have to wait 3 days for needed antibiotics for a sick Dog. Unacceptable!

Can’t seem to get appointments easily at this one and the person answering the phone acts like she works at the DMV. The last two times now I’ve driven further to the one in NRH. Service is exceptional there!
