The Massage felt So Amazing😌 My body felt very relaxed and comfortable though out the hole session. I recommend a 2 hour session to get a deep massage through out the entire body. I enjoy how peaceful it was with the rain drops music in the background Definitely recommend 👌

I went to Balance Massage and Body because I was feeling tense around my shoulders. I paid for one session. During the session, Lily found many muscle knots throughout my body that I didn't know I had. She worked and worked to remove the knots. Before the hour was over, I felt more relaxed and flexible. I loved it so much that I ended up purchasing the 5 session package. I recommend this place to who ever needs to remove the muscle tension.

Lily is great. She knows exactly where the tension in your body. Every session is beneficial. I leave feeling great. She also gives me tips and exercises to do at home to improve the tension in my body. I recommend her to everyone looking for a great message.
