Bala Oral Health Center

I've been going to Bala off and on for years. Doctor Sani is the best and cares for his patients genuinely!! The front staff are very professional and understanding which is sooo important since they're the first persons you meet. ❤️❤️❤️

I've been going to Bala Oral Health for at least 15 years. There are dentists' who are geographically closer to me, but none as considerate and as patient of me as Dr. Sani. His front office staff is friendly, always have a smile and on top of things. Their new (to me) hygenist is also very good. 5 stars!

I have been a patient for I believe almost 10 years. Prior to this, I had a dentist phobia which led me not going to a dentist since childhood leading to very poor oral hygiene. Dr. Sani rid me of this phobia, which as a mental health professional understands how difficult that truly is. Many reviews mention his humor but if you aren’t taking things so personal while understanding not all cultures have the same humor, you’d understand how talented he truly is and how he very much cares about his patients! The staff has always been very friendly and the long term receptionist, Angie, knows her stuff and looks out for the betterment of the patients. Also despite hygienist shortages, they’ve worked their butts off to care for their patients. I’m a happy customer!

I have been a patient at Bala Oral Health Center for almost 15 years now but this past Tuesday 5/28/24, I had the most horrific experience and I will not be returning. My long time Hygienist is no longer there so they gave me one from another office when I tell You that this lady almost ripped my entire mouth apart. She kept sticking me in my gums with that mental object and then she had the nerves to tell me that my gums were bleeding a lot. Then when she was finally finished torturing me, Dr. Sani came over to examine her awful work and then he proceeded to make fun my teeth and told me that I needed braces since he couldn't find anything else to make money off of me. I was desperately looking to have a tooth removed. By their being so many dentist in my vicinity. I was very scared to just go with just anybody. When I stumbled across a review by Marquita H, I had the need to give Bala Oral Health Center a try. Marquita was wright this place was wonderful from the time I walked in. The wonderful and very sociable staff plus beautiful was very attentive an very caring. My appointment was the very next day no problems. Plus the building has a wonderful atmosphere, very clean, did I mention very very great staff. Well the whole staff is very knowledgeable, and Dr. O'Brien gave me my options was very informational an new what she was doing from the very start. Dr. O'Brien said I could save the tooth but it wasn't in my budget, so she did the extracti
