Brought my 13 year old border collie in for a treatment plan and water therapy. The staff were lovely. Attentive. Kind. Calm. And patient. They were so good to my girl and myself. I highly recommend this office 🐾

Took my rabbit here because he started having abscesses. The vet did tell me she hadn’t dealt with rabbits in a while so that left me on edge. She also told me that he just needed his teeth trimmed every 4-6 weeks (that bill piles up and ended up being not what he needed). I kept bringing him back every time his abscess resurfaced which was every 2-4 weeks and the vet told me that she shouldn’t be seeing him so much. Unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about my rabbit only my money. Do not recommend

These people are kind and understanding in every way. They have been so sweet to me and my senior kitty. I haven't been able to find a groomer that would take a senior cat but they were able to direct me to one immediately! They take great care of animals and their owners. Not to mention, their prices are extremely reasonable for such quality pet care. Thanks guys!

We can't say enough good things about Baeyens-Hauk. They started out as backup for our long-time vet, who was easing into retirement. Not every vet practice would have welcomed this arrangement, but B-H made it work. Over the years, our furkids have been treated by every one of the B-H vets. We would trust our babies' lives to any and all of them.
