Dr Rao's office is non responsive on responding to my pharmacy to forward my prescription. They attempted to contact him 3 times. In addition to being non responsive, I didn't feel valued and got adequate time during my appointment. He ended up seeing me for a total of 5 minutes before writing me 2 scripts and leaving. I don't think I will be returning and don't recommend others to go to Dr. Rao

I felt very comfortable with Lauren at my first visit. I was diagnosed quickly and treated. Then, an appointment was made for a full body scan. It surprised me to learn that this should be done every year. The office is new and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. A very relaxed atmosphere.

Rao Dermatology is a beautiful, professionally staffed medical office. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with their efficiency, speed and friendliness. My wife and daughter have been patients there and recommended it. Dr Babar Rao is very nice, professional and confident in his field; he made me feel extremely confident in my decision to come to him. Appointments were easy to arrange and they were thorough - no nickle and diming, back and forth, come back for more visits than necessary for treatments. I really liked that part!

Dr. Rao performed Mohs surgery on my face. I was terrified prior to it. It is now two weeks after my stitches were removed and I am thrilled! There is barely a mark! The entire office of people are amazing! The office is immaculate and has a very positive atmosphere! I have no hesitation in recommending this office to anyone and everyone!

It was very nice to meet Dr. Rao and his delightful staff. I was a bit disappointed in the treatment options, however. I thought I would learn more about my hair thinning with age and learn about more natural treatment options. I have since read about saw palmetto, biotin, massage, and peppermint oil with rosemary to stimulate the hair follicles and restore oxygen to the cuticles. This was only my first visit, so we’ll see how it goes.
