Azura Surgery Center Plantation

We work with Azura Surgical Center in Plantation through our dialysis facility, and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Their team is always available and responsive when our patients need assistance with their Catheter, AVF or AVG access issues. The staff is professional, efficient, and provides great communication every step of the way. Their representative who visits our office does an excellent job keeping us informed and updated on patient appointments and procedures. We truly appreciate how consistent they are about sending over the doctor’s visit notes promptly—whether the patient shows up or not, they make sure we’re always in the loop. My husband Roland has been a patient for a few years at this location. The customer service that the staff display is excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients feel comfortable and cared for. Claudia and Jen are amazing! All the staff are friendly and welcoming! We will choose them to care for my husband always! Not to mention he loves it there despite his situation. He never complains when it’s appointment day. Thank you all for the great work that you do!!!

Hi my name is Ebony and i had my catheter replace at this facility. The staff here is immaculate (chef’s kiss ) .Ms lymari did my intake she was so pleasant and efficient. then I proceeded to the back to have my procedure done . My team was so great Ms Genene , Ms Lynn & Ms kelly (i love them ) . My pain tolerance is very low and I get overwhelmed easily, and I express my emotions by crying. From the beginning to the end, these ladies were very supportive, comforted me and reassured me everything is gonna be OK.
