Axline Pharmacy

My doctor sent a script to AXLINE PHARMACY Bloomington il. I was like why there i asked my doctor? He said that's only pharmacy that carries this cream you really need. It's a 40 minute drive for me so wasn't very happy. But with having both knees with Medial Meniscus tears and in pain I had to try this cream. So I called there first to make sure it was filled and if they needed my insurance info. I spoke to Derrick he said he found all that and verified my info with me and unfortunately my insurance didn't cover what I needed. Derrick tried other things to try to lower price but had no luck. This is down the way from the business I own and it is extremely convenient. The staff has always been kind and pleasant when I am there for pickup. Parking lot has plenty of places to park and nice area.

Thanks to my insurance I’m able to use this (mom and pop) pharmacy. They deliver all my medications to my house. In store they are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Axline pharmacy.

Great customer service and great communication! I switched to Axline after being with grocery store pharmacies for years and honestly I cant imagine going to another pharmacy. I really appreciate everyone at Axline and the work they do!

Maybe the most unfriendly place I’ve ever stopped. If it didn’t need the medication I would have walked out. Six individuals standing right in front of me and not one person said boo. Finally some kid came to the counter whispering like she was afraid of her own shadow. Customer service had left our country and it’s definitely left this establishment. Please don’t bother replying now and telling me how sorry you are. Get your heads out of your backsides and treat customers like customers. Absolutely pathetic
