I just realized that I left my review for the Macon facility where I had some of my injections but I normally interact with the kind folks in WR so I will add copy that review here … I had both facilities in mind when I wrote it. … I drove a homebound friend to her medical appointments for more than a year before I, myself, needed to choose a pain clinic of my own. He has shared with me the same knowledge, talent and compassion I saw in his treatment of my 88 year old friend with multiple issues. I have found this business to be as much considerate of my time as they are their time. This is one place that I can get in and out of there in less than 2 hrs (most times about 1.5 hrs) and I'm talking about going back for shots in my back. They are all so friendly and very professionally. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr Sagar Patal is my favorite.🤣

Axis Spine & Pain Center are well established in Warner Robins, Ga and have a growing cliental in the area. Dr. Covert is one of the finest doctors whom you will enjoy He is intelligent, friendly, caring and he does injections in Warner Robins Ga and at their Macon GA location. I had no problems with employees or doctors. I felt safe and in good hands under Dr Covert's care. Above all I had good results with myself reporting"no pain". Thank you Dr Covert.

I was happy with the front end-getting an appt, the procedure was very professional as was all of the staff. However, on the back side, I got a bill and I have tried to get an explanation and no one answers the phone. I need to cancel an appt and no one answers the phone, left message and no one calls back. That is why they are getting a 3 star.

From beginning to end for my procedure it was amazing. The only Problem i had was that for some reason I don't take too sedatives like normal people so the shot they gave me to relax, I felt nothing. The very next day feeling relief from pain. Thank you du much Dr Patel and staff. I'm so happy.
