Axis Physical Therapy

Spindle was my assigned "Therapist". For my initial and only session it was a long wait for my "scheduled appt" and then I brought paper copies of my x-rays and two discs of the CAT Scans I had just had done for the "therapist" to review. She glanced at the paper x-rays and refused to look at the cds. She touched my neck with her forefinger and middle finger for approximately ten to 15 seconds and charged me $60 for "manual therapy", I was charged $90 and $72 for a piece of paper with two exercises on it. She shrugged her shoulders to show me the "Therapeutic exercise". My time with her was ten to fifteen minutes. I was then advised that I would see a physical therapy assistant for my therapy sessions and away she went. All this for a mere $517.00! Fraudulent! I am currently working wit

All the staff members are very pleasant especially Tiffane. They treat you as if you are the most important person in the building. They are very professional and provide excellent care. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had my first appointment with Leanne and I can tell you she listened and answered every question that I had. She spent a great deal of time explaining what was going on and what my game plan was for. She gets a 10+.My second visit happened today with Brenda. She gave me all the exercises and was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about what I needed to do and made me understand how to do all of my exercises and this would be a journey. I completely believe in what she is telling me and I would highly recommend Axis therapy for anybody seeking treatment. I have 12 more to go and I will make all of them. One thing I can say for sure you will not feel like you're being rushed in and rushed out and that you will get the best possible care with very knowledgeable and caring staff.

I have been a patient at Axis for well over a year, and will continue to be. I have a rare condition that requires consistent pain management and the staff at Axis have been helping with that. The front office staff is always super nice and very helpful! At first I saw Brittany for PT, for a short time, before she took maternity leave. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Then, I started seeing Tiffane, she really is amazing with dry needling! I have had this done for on and off 5 years or so and seen several therapist (who do dry needling) and she is by far the best I've have ever seen! I was recieving therapy at this location the treatedment was good but unfortunely there was a situaton that happen that was not warranted. I wore all black to my therapy session to my knowleage there isnt a dress code at least I wasn't informed of such anyway for whatever reason one of the therapist decided that I was dressed like a Ninja as she stated at first I laughed at the remark then she said it again and the therapist that was treating me said under his breath you said that once already then another theapist said the samething then the next remark was totally not needed she started talking about guns and how her husband likes guns etc then I'm getting theses unnneeded looks going forward I don't know what those people problem was but it definitely was not professtional so I did what
