Not only did they handle the surgery flawlessly, but they also provided me with all the assistance I needed afterward, including follow-ups and being available whenever I called with questions. The staff was so attentive and kind, making both me and my dog feel comfortable every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for the care they gave my 18-year-old dog. At her age, every visit feels so important, and they treated her with such kindness and patience. They took the time to explain everything clearly to me, gave thoughtful advice, and made sure my girl was as comfortable as possible during the whole process. It’s not easy watching her age, but having a vet that I can trust makes all the difference. I truly appreciate them and Yvette was so nice and kind and helped me with all the emotions I was handling about my dog Bella.

On Tuesday, my sweet Canela Rodríguez had her surgery, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt warm, calm, and full of genuine care. The entire team showed an incredible level of compassion and professionalism. Manuel and Patricia treated Canela as if she were their own, comforting her with so much love. Dr. Carter and Dr. Kushnir were amazing—patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure everything went perfectly. Thanks to them, Canela is recovering beautifully, and I feel so much peace knowing she was in such wonderful hands. I have been bringing my pets here for almost 10 years and I cannot say enough great things about them. The Drs and techs that have seen my pets have all been knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I have seen them for countless visits, including twice to put 2 of my babies down. I cannot say enough about how kind and compassionate they were during such a rough time for me. Today I saw Dr. Carter and her tech, Yvette (great name!! lol). They were both kind, efficient, knowledgeable and took care of my Boston terrier, Kiki, quickly and with care. The care and love my pets have received here is second to none without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!!
