With our new insurance through Hartford Healthcare (Eye Med), this provider was listed as a "plus provider." My wife and I were forced to switch providers due to this insurance change. During our evaluation, a number of tests were performed unnecessarily, just because issues such as itchy eyes or taking a statin were identified on the history form. These tests increased the cost significantly for the eye exam as well as our out-of-pocket expenses. The tech performing the eye exam could have asked questions like, "have you had treatment for your itchy eyes before" but instead, just did the additional tests without a discussion. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jones for years and she is always knowledgeable. Front desk staff is attentive and welcoming. Linea helped me pick a new pair of glasses and sunglasses, usually I have a hard time changing from my comfort styles but she gave me great options and the confidence to try new things! Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Office staff very friendly. Doctor Jones was very easy to speak to and listened to my issues. She explained everything very clearly and made sure she had addressed all my concerns. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Jones is amazing! I left my previous eye doctor due to location and am so glad I ended up here. I was so impressed with how caring and attentive each staff member was. Dr. Jones makes you feel so comfortable, just like you’re chatting with a friend. They have all of the new tech which makes the appointment a breeze. I’m blown away after just one visit and highly recommend anyone to try this place out!
