I've been a patient at Avon Dental Group for over 20 years. The current team, which started a couple of years ago, demonstrates a high level of professionalism and client-focused approach, allowing them to handle complex issues. They helped me resolve a complex issue involving coordinating and consolidating insurance coverage from two insurance companies (primary and secondary). Thank you, Krystal and Katy, for your efforts and excellent results, which saved me a lot of time and helped me get the right coverage.

DON'T GO HERE if you use insurance. Dr. Fagan is a good dentist but the office staff is HORRIBLE! If you have insurance, they will make you overpay for the procedure ahead of time and you may or may not get your money back. I have great insurance but Avon Dental claimed they checked with the insurance company and they were out of network. They are not out of network but made me pay over $900 6 weeks before I got my crown put in. I then get my EOB from the insurance company and saw that they were only supposed to charge me $550. I'm still waiting for my $350 that I over paid them over 2 months ago.

The Avon Dental Group office has the most positive vibe! Everyone is friendly, considerate, helpful, and professional! I've been a member of this practice since it opened decades ago, and will never go anywhere else. They're just wonderful!

Extremely easy and friendly service. Dentists and assistants are kind and care about patient comfort. Reception is helpful with rescheduling and billing. Hadn’t been to a dentist in years and they made it a painless process, thank you!

I wish I could given Avon Dental Group more than a 5 star rating. I would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I moved to CT from NY 3 years ago. I had a great dentist in NY and was praying to find that in CT. I was referred to Avon Dental Group by my boyfriend who has lived in CT his whole life. Upon finding the “ purple cow with wings ( statue) “ while entering my first office visit , I was somewhat hesitant……. now three years later : they are top notch as compared to my old NY dental office. Dr. Fagan and her assistant Jodie are so professional and work great together. From dental cleanings to the billing department, all are an awesome team.
