Aviata at Lakeside Oaks

At first I was a little hesitant about going to this place. But after a day or two I felt like I was part of the staff. Everybody was wonderful to work with and easy to talk to. I cannot think of one staff member that I could say something negative about. Melissa, Gloria, Marvin, Byron, Regina and Marshall are absolutely amazing people to be around. I couldn’t ask for a better group of employees to help take care of their clients. They also answered every question I had, and did not complain one time when I needed something. I would recommend this facility and staff to everybody.

My aunt is currently at this center for rehab. I wanted to thank and commend the staff of Aspire for their care and professionalism, particularly the PT Amber. Also the social services director Marvin Mitchell who was instrumental in having my Aunt transferred to another room secondary to issues with her roommate. His attendance to the issue was prompt and very caring. He is genuinely concerned about his the patients under his care and I am very grateful.

I was in the process of making a delivery to a customer of mine. It was after closing hours and I could not access the facility and so it became necessary for one of the staff members to come outside and get the order to the patient. The individual opened the front door halfway through and gave me the passcode necessary to mark the order as delivered. As he proceeded to tell me the passcode he let the front door loose. Being unaware of the alarm due to the door staying open for a prolonged period of time, I kept it open because I wanted to let the staff member know of something about the order. Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews. There is no proof that they are actual Tenants. My guess is, that they have their employees go on the web and leave positive reviews. I worked for plenty of Companies that did that! If you want true answers read the negative reviews and see how many others agree with the negative ones by the amount of thumbs up they receive! Their positive reviews couldn't be further from the truth! My Mother was found dead! They revived her and sent her to the furthest possible hospital. While she was in there (for leg strenghthening only) I NEVER seen her in the rehab room. I was there all different days and times of day. Not once did I see her w/ a physical therapist! I have been here for 10yrs which was not on purpose at first but it happened the place was 5 stars then had awesome food but has fallen since then but that's expected with the times,new staff, hospital contracts, so we have a lot of people from all walks of life coming in for treatments so lots coming and going. It's a different atmosphere so it takes some getting used to but we try. We have bingo 3xs week, cooking club and other activities. It's an experience for everyone.
