The absolute worst service I have come across. They handle very serious medical supplies and think nothing of not sending you refill supplies for weeks. Our tiny NICU baby needed monitoring and they never sent refill pulse ox for weeks and often after hpurs and days of calls. I was supposed to have a refill on September 11th and it us October 5th and still no pulse ox?? I have called over n over and they say they will send it out and do not! Do not rely on this company! They are very ill managed!

I am literally beyond stressed with this company. I get asked every month what my son needs. I literally tell them every single month and I get the exact opposite. I get full orders of when my son was born almost every month when I tell them to not send that stuff. I have complained many times. I have had to buy supplies that my son needs multiple times because we end up not getting some of the things he needs but we receive many things he doesn't need. I get companies want to make money but seriously do your job right!! I have a closet full of boxes and two big stacks of unneeded supplies and just got more unneeded supplies today and yesterday, literally boxes full. Then they tell me that they can't take the stuff back and there's nothing they can do. Idk what to do anymore other than ge

Update: Once they became Aveanna things went downhill. It takes forever to talk to someone, we frequently get the wrong medical supplies, and it took lots of follow up to get a feeding pump replaced. Nursing was terrible from the beginning. They never knew which hours we needed despite telling them several times. We were eventually discharged because they couldn’t find anyone. I realize nursing everywhere is awful and desperate, but there was plenty they could have improved in their end. Original: We switched DME companies after several months of difficulty with another. I have been so pleased with our service and getting a call or text at the end of the month to reorder supplies. They have been so helpful!

Never deliver supplies on time! Have to call and bug every single month. I have never used a company this neglectful in the 3 years I’ve had a disabled child. They were too busy to bring feeding supplies and basically asked me to not feed my child because they can’t get it together. I go to get a bag for feeds today and there are 2 left 😡😡😡 Guess who I’ll be calling again to figure out why our supplies weren’t delivered AGAIN. Do not use this company unless you intend to mircomanage them in every way. Terrible.

We had to have bilirubin lights for our newborn and the nurse was excellent; however, PPHHC called the next day for "payment" which we paid over the phone in September 2016. It is now April 2017 and we still have not received our "credit" from what our insurance paid to PPHHC. DO NOT pay them over the phone, demand a detailed bill and for them to submit to your insurance first. Terrible customer service and no confirmation as to when we will received our "credit" from our account.
