We have the best nurses and have professionally cared for our daughter for over 20 years- they are like family!
Since Aveanna (formerly Preferred in Galva, IL) has taken over our DME supplies last year, the service and customer service has been horrible. Also, when you call the local number you are gated to their 800# and hold times often exceed 15 minutes. Could be longer, but I generally don't wait longer than that.
A nice Company. If you don't mind calling everyday for a week. Saying you need oxygen tank refills asap. Definitely not recommending to others.
Overall not perfect,but definitely better than the alternatives.
