Autumn Lake Healthcare at Summit Park

I’m currently a patient at Autumn Lake at Summit Park, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge the people here who truly make a difference. From the administrative team to therapy and nursing, I have felt supported during a time in my life when I really needed it. The administrative staff have been professional, organized, and willing to answer questions without making me feel like a number. That matters. The therapy department deserves special recognition. They push you — but in a way that lets you know they genuinely want you to improve. Recovery isn’t easy, and they understand that. They encourage you while still holding you accountable. A great disappointment. The facility isn't very clean. Old heating units. Cigarette smoke flows down the hallway on the first floor.In my opinion there aren't enough skilled nursing staff to take good care of the tenants. Communication with doctors become non existent. The food is horrible, no professional dietitian as I noticed. Full disclosure of patient's heath and status isn't a part of regular communication. Family member get is on Medicaid benefits.

My mother has been here about a year and it toke a couple things to get her settled now whenever I visit or call shes in a great mood. THE NURSES AND TECHS WHO HELP MY MOTHER YOU HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART, THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL THE CARE AND COMPASSION YOU FUYS SHOW MY MOTHER. THANK YOU

I'm not happy here. You have to wait a long time to get cleaned up,for anything. I have waited over 3.5 hrs when I push the call button. We shouldn't have to wait this long ever

Autumn Lake Summitt Park is one of the best nursing home care facilities I’ve ever experienced. The staff is pleasant, caring and conscientious.
