Autumn Lake Healthcare at Catonsville

We first entered and the young lady at the front door was welcoming me and wife as we signed in, she was very professional. We went to visit my brother in law, he even said the people were very nice and accommodating. Then a nurse showed up and was very nice and polite, was joking with him. Very nice place, we give a five star rating . Thanks everyone for taking care of our family member.

I came to the facility for rehab,the people there are wonderful and really caring! They were really motivating and helped me hit my goals! I really enjoyed my time here! Thank you!!!

Wonderfully sweet staff. Whoever is running the front desk is always so warm, kind & helpful. It's an older building but they are doing work to improve/reno. Food is really good too.

I would never recommend anyone to send their love ones to this place. Dietary was terrible, my dad is on a restricted diet because of renal failure and they kept arming him everything he couldn’t have, the slip would say one thing but his tray would have something else on it. One day he had plastic in his food and another day he had hair. Now to the night staff 🤬… the attitudes are terrible, they don’t know how to talk to patients. They make them wait, one even called my dad a liar. I can’t remember the names of them. We got him out of there 2 weeks ang and now looking for another center. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FACILITY
