Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bradford Oaks

My brother’s in Discipleship 2027 class and myself we had a very lovely warming, and God filled time today at autumn Lakes. It was a pleasure to come and to see the faces of the residence there and to see their enthusiasm and to feel their heart it was truly a blessing.

Bradford oaks features many good programs for recovery. Has nutritionist and dietary to suit his renal diet, a phenomenal PT/OT program. It also has an activity department which I hoped my dad would have been more involved especially during the Super Bowl where there were refreshment in the lobby area for the residents. Didn’t get a full 5 stars as nursing staff on arrival did not get medicine and we had to remind them but this may be due to snowcrete weather ? Also follow-up with in home services are still waiting after 1 week to set up!

I personally would like for it to be cleaner. First impressions are so important. The female who stated she was a member of the Doctors team white coat was fifty and hadn’t been cleaned for some time. She examined the patient I was visiting . However, she was very pleasant and I loved her accent. Had I been a patient I would not have let her touch me. It was very nice to see the patients received immediate direct attention when needed. A fresh coat of paint on the doors, etc., could greatly improve the appearance. Finding parking was a little hectic. In addition, the facility seemed overcrowded and more of a home for the homeless.

When I first made contact with Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bradford Oaks, each and ever individual was very pleasant and showed that this is their passion. My Dad has been there for over four months and I could truly say, he’s doing AWESOME and enjoying the staff members and residents. It truly warms my heart and put me at ease to know. I observed each individual that deals with my Dad and I see true compassion. They work together ensuring my Dad is taken care of without any doubt. Good Evening, there’s this one CNA on the north side unit. Her name is Mia and she’s the best worker there in my opinion. She has a genuine soul and a big heart ❤️! She needs a raise!! Anytime I come in and I see that little girl I know my brother is in good hands. God bless her 🙏🏼✨🕊️
