can’t say enough good things about the care my mom is receiving at Autumn Care Of Suffolk The staff truly go above and beyond — they treat her like family, with so much kindness and patience. Every time I visit, I see how gentle and attentive they are, and it brings me such peace knowing she’s in good hands. The place feels warm and welcoming, and I’m so thankful for the love and care they show every day.

My husband spent 30 days in Autumn Care for rehabilitation to his right knee. During that time, I got pretty familiar with how things are done on a day to day basis. I must say, It was pretty impressive. The nursing staff is phenomenal. My husband's needs were met with the utmost care. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile and that continued throughout. Finding a good rehab can be stressful on a family. My husband has been to a few in this area, and Autumn Care/ Suffolk is by far the best! Thank you !!

The staff including cna nurses & executive staff were outstanding. They showed compassion & real caring for there patients. Highly recommend.

There’s not enough room or time on this site on what I want to say about Autumn Care Of Suffolk. I’ve been home 8 days, from leaving Suffolk, VA, and I had to take my time to reflect on this wonderful facility and my dear, precious experience there. Before I arrived, Staff and Team always provided excellent in the care to my mother, Mrs. Mary L, DeBerry. I can call the facility at any time to inquire about my mother’s health or condition or any concerns and someone is there to address my call.The Unit Manager or Staff Nurse, Ms. Porsche and Ms. Sabrina,were always there to speak to me directly. They very kind, caring, and professional. The fantastic team CNAs Therapists are the backbone that makes things happen in this facility.They made certain that my mother interacted socially in activi
