Autumn Care of Raeford

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this nursing home. In a time when it can feel like genuine compassion in healthcare is fading, this team consistently proves otherwise. Every staff member I’ve encountered truly cares about their residents— not just medically, but emotionally, personally, and with genuine respect. They take the time to know each resident as an individual, advocate for their needs, and communicate with kindness. The environment feels warm, safe, and supportive, and it’s clear that the residents’ well-being is their top priority. I’m grateful for the dedication, patience, and heart that the staff bring every single day. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for like family, this is it. Highly recommend.

My mother was a resident at this facility for about 3 years. She passed away this past December. I think she received exceptional care from the nursing staff at ACOR. The social worker went above and beyond in reference to addressing our transportation needs. Overall, great facility. Thanks for all you do, guys. ❤️

My mother was a resident here many years ago. The staff were amazing with and to her! She was accused many times of taking others things. To the point of a clients family attempting to take us to court over a piece of jewelry ! We replaced it of course( I won’t get into those details….) when my mom passed away we were given so many hours to clear her space. The staff were very respectful… as I’m going through her things.. I’m looking for items that I had given her. Gone of course! It really upset me that she was accused of things but when she was a victim, nothing was done. I bring this up after so many years, as I’m cleaning out my brothers garage. I’m finding things from her last days. Mainly cards and letters. I found her treasured jewelry box. I loved going through it as a child. I saw

I was a resident at Autumn Care of Raeford for rehabilitation. The staff was very welcoming. The social worker explained the short term stay process to me and answered all my questions. Everything was set up for my discharge with no concerns. Thank you Autumn Care of Raeford for everything.

My mom is a resident at the Autumn Care in Raeford nc.My mom is on the dementia ward.I live in Charlotte nc so I can't visit everyday but every other week. This pass Saturday when I came to visit with my mom she was in her room in the bed. I pulled the covers back to see what she was wearing 👎 no bottoms only a bed pad between her legs. So I called out to one of the Aids and asked why wasn't she wearing anything and I was told she could not find anything for her to wear , I just spent 86.00 dollars at Walmart in September buying my mom two matching sweat suits three blouses and one pajamas set. Seriously is someone stealing her clothes, I was not happy about this and hoping i can get her here in Charlotte with me now I'm concerned for my mom well-being because over all the facility i
