I have had nothing but frustrating experiences here. If you do not have insurance, they will tell you the services are too expensive and that they don’t want you to pay out of pocket—resulting in nothing being done at all. No blood work, no vaccines, no services you specifically made the appointment for. This happens even if you are paying monthly, are current on your payments, and have followed all the required steps to apply for financial assistance. Each time I attempted to receive care, I was made to feel unheard and dismissed rather than supported. Even after I eventually obtained insurance, I scheduled an appointment and rearranged my schedule, only to arrive and be told my insurance was not accepted. I chose this clinic and Dr. Boothby when looking for a new primary care provider because I was impressed by just how glowing the reviews were. I can safely say that praise was warranted, and I felt very safe and listened to by everyone on staff. Dr. Boothby made it clear she cared about me as an individual and wanted to help me as best she could, and I left the appointment feeling like I'd finally made real progress on my life and health issues even though it was only our first appointment together. Everyone I dealt with clearly cared about patient comfort, and I look forward to being able to work with this clinic and Dr. Boothby going forward.

By far my favorite clinic I've ever been to. All the staff are friendly and professional. I love the diversity of the staff as well, makes me feel very comfortable to be there. I see Dr Robinson and she is the sweetest, most patient doctor I have ever met with.

I had a very positive experience. Dr. Robinson is very kind and a fantastic listener. She makes you feel comfortable and is incredibly intelligent and caring. The MAs at the office were also very welcoming.

I have never felt so heard and taken care of by a doctor. If you are looking for care that is top notch and what you dream of, Dr. Boothby really exists. It's like taking a breath of fresh air. I drive 45 mins to see her and I would drive further. The front desk staff and nurses are all wonderful as well, and the facility feels welcoming, new, and pristine.
