Aurora Urgent Care

This was my first visit to this location, and I chose it because it opens at 7 a.m. Not only is it conveniently located, but the facility is also clean and welcoming, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. The care I received from both Vicki, MA, and Maikeng, NP, was outstanding. They listened attentively, I never felt rushed, and I genuinely felt I was in good hands. Even the phlebotomist, Milli, did an excellent job drawing my blood despite the challenge of me being dehydrated. I will definitely be returning to this facility for my future urgent care needs.

My sister was visiting from out of state and needed urgent care. Called to get advice about coming in and spoke to Rose. When we arrived, she remembered who we were and why we were coming. She was very meticulous and helpful as she processed all my sister’s out of state information. After a short wait, we were seen by PA Laura, who was patient, kind, thorough, and very clear in her assessment and instructions. Entire visit was very positive; we were so impressed and appreciative! (One small note: we were told on 2 occasions that we would be seen shortly by “the doctor”. I don’t mind at all that “the doctor” was a PA, I just think it would be wise to properly identify the provider)

Sonia and her team were amazing! I’m glad to have healthcare providers so close to home when I need it. The world needs more people like them.

This was the best urgent care experience I’ve had. We were visiting family from Ohio Memorial Day Weekend and my son needed to be seen. We checked in Saturday evening, talked to the nurse, were examined by the doctor, got a strep test and a prescription, and left all in 40 minutes! They also were able to recommend a 24 hr pharmacy since I had no idea of where to go. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I would leave NO stars if I could. I have not been to an Aurora provider in over four years because I hated the billing process when going through my first pregnancy/delivery. I drove 45 minutes to this location last night due to others in the area being closed, and trying to avoid an ER bill. I get there at 5:30PM and check-in, all was normal. The location itself was very nice and clean. I proceeded to wait over 1.5 hours and watch about 10 people go before me. Finally around 7:00PM, I’d had enough and asked to give up my place in line as I was frustrated. The receptionists said they could get me to be seen in another 30-45 minutes, but I opted to leave. Why even offer that when I have been waiting so long and they closed in an hour or less?? I’m very frustrated that I wasted several h
