Aurora Pharmacy

This was my first time using the Mequon Aurora pharmacy. Before picking up my prescription, I observe the young woman behind the counter being extra kind toward an elderly patient. When I complimented her on her manner, she told me that she treats others with the kindness and respect they deserve. What a refreshing and beautiful manner. Aurora- you are lucky to have her!

I've used many pharmacy's in my life and this one is by far the best. The people are all super nice and go out of their way to do whatever you need as far as medications go.

The pharmacy closes at 6 but the building is locked up at 5. I had to return because there was an issue with my prescription & no one told me the doors would be locked. Another time, u received an email my prescription was ready. I left work early to pick it up only to find out they had canceled it & never contacted me. They waste your valuable time and have no drive thru.

Exceptional pharmacy! Just like your old neighborhood pharmacy (except no greeting cards or water fountain :)) Ashley takes the time to make sure I thoroughly understand how to take the medication and answer any questions. She's friendly and remembers me when I walk in. Thank-you! This is our trusted family pharmacy.

Best thing I ever did was switch all my scripts to Aurora. Fast and easy to order and pick up. Never been in a line always treated so kindly.
