I was seen by Dr. Peterson, he conducted my surgery. I have to say he made me feel comfortable and at ease as I was extremely worried about my ACL surgery. I went in for surgery he spoke to me before and after and was amazing. Thank you!! I feel he was direct and told me what I needed to do, no complaints here. I go back to see Skylar Monday and she as well has been really good to me. I have to tell you I was concerned after reading multiple reviews on here, but after going through it myself, I now know everyone has their own experience to share, not to let it work myself up so much.

The quality of care and service is exceptional. My problem is with the waiting room.. don't come here unless you are ready to be force-fed politics and outrage while you sitting there waiting. I've asked them three times to put something else on the TV other than politics something neutral that doesn't cause division or outrage.. but they won't change it. So politics blasts throughout the waiting room and I had to sit there and listen to half my family being called evil, criminals and the worst names in the book, I had to listen to this TV telling me that half my family hates America because they didn't vote the right way. I don't understand the business model of offending half of your clients.. and the insistence on it. After I'm done receiving my care I will no longer come back here simp

Will not return. I was involved in a car accident in December, referred here by Aultman. For 4.5 months I have been in pain. I was dismissed, treated like I was pill searching and was told 4 weeks of physical therapy then I could get an MRI and then be referred to a spine specialist. Last thing PA Skylar said to me in front of my daughter was "we aren't pain management I don't know what you expect us to do". I was in so much pain and crying, all I wanted was help. I ended up in the emergency room after an EMG that doctor Peterson scheduled that showed "normal". And they only offered PT and pain management for injections of steroids. Like Peterson or Skylar actually payed attention and knew what was wrong with me. If they would have looked at me like a complete person instead of a drug seek

I truly feel as though I have been brushed off from the very beginning of my journey with this group. I’m having serious hand and wrist issues and I feel as though I am not being taken seriously. It takes a week or more to even get an appointment, which is frustrating because I have to go an entire week or more with pain and issues with my hand that I cannot use at this time. It just seems as though they don’t really care. I don’t know if it’s an orthotic doctor thing because I’ve been to other orthopedic doctor offices and I have received similar treatment. I don’t know what the deal is, but this is ridiculous. They try to put the blame all on the insurance company, but I work with insurance and I know my insurance and I know how it works so they can’t do that With me and I won’t let them

Was seen after receiving a diagnosis of a fracture and was told I needed to follow up with someone in this building. I came more than prepared, pulled all of my notes, my diagnosis, and my aultman portal charts and they gave me to a 20 something year old PA named Skylar is just seemed like she wanted to brush me off and who basically told me that there was nothing wrong with me despite my X-rays from less than 48 hours prior showing and stating otherwise and 2 doctors plus a radiologist stating otherwise and I have documents to show for it. They asked me if I could rate my pain 1-10 and I said a 4 and when the nurse left my room she was like “she’s not in much pain she gave a 4” but a 4 is me being completely uncomfortable. They made me wait an hour to be seen but if I were an hour late th
