Aultman Alliance Community Hospital: Emergency Department

Nobody ever wants to come to a hospital. I'm not sure if it's new staff here or what,everybody from the security guards to the nurses to the damn janitors are extremely polite respectful courteous I'm shocked right now.. I'm not used to this level of compassion.... I'm sitting here hoping that they keep me overnight like I don't want to go back home

Had an emergency. Called to see if the ER was packed and busy or empty. The lady refused to say wether or not there was 1 person or 30 in the waiting room. REFUSED. I was not seeking medical advice. Just a simple question are you busy with patients or no? RIDICULOUS!! S

This hospital got my toddler in a room & provided x-ray results in one hour! It was the quickest experience at an emergency room I’ve ever had. They also brought him toys and a popsicle to make the experience less dreadful. I would recommend this hospital to all friends and family.

Brought my son in there for possibly broken collar bone they took x ray dr said he it bruised and sprained but we put in sling .. we wait for the pappers and nurse told us that he should be fine without sling ... we took him to his doctor told us that it was broken and highly disappointed at hospital for not sling it up .... alllways get second option normally the er is great for my kids

This ER is definitely a joke. I should first mention that the nurses stood around and talked while multiple patients had been calling for theirs, I was treated like I was nothing, short-answered and kicked out the door, with absolutely no solution to my issue nor any way of solving it, and when they told me to follow up with a physician and I told them I had another 3 months, they told me to just take my discharge papers in with me whenever I managed to go and, I quote, “see what they can do”. Do not go here for any solutions to your problems. Just a bunch of wannabe “helpers of the community”.
