Edit: I just came in for tests last month that I mentioned I need for my therapist/ and psychotherapy. I called and emailed and they are WITHHOLDING my medical records. How is this legal? Nurse or Receptionist I spoke to refused to let me speak to the doctor and also refused to answer any of my questions. Extremely unprofessional. Dr. Valmond is very knowledgeable, professional and listens to all your concerns. The nurses are very friendly, enthusiastic and make you feel comfortable. On my first visit we completed all my bloodwork, EKG and a couple other tests. I feel like a lot gets done there as opposed to other doctors where processes can be more dragged out. This Doctor office is the worst my best friend referred me. First of all the front desk leaves people private document out for all to see, I have seen several people x-ray request just laying on the outer table by the two dummy receptionists waiting for people to continue out from the back. The receptionist also talks about patient Spanish but she didn't realize that I''m fluent Spanish and could understand what they where talking about. I also observed his business partner gossiping with the reception about patient and their medical condition. the wait time is terrible they gave me a 12:30 pm appointment the Doctor didn't walk in until 2pm-2:15pm when as the receptionist and business partner they just look annoyed that I ask. Dr. Valmond was my doctor at Advantage Care. He moved and I lost contact with him. I recently lost my Doctor to death and I literally have been lost. I thought about Dr. Valmond and looked up his name. Low & behold he’s in Harlem. I literally cried because he’s the absolute best. From the reviews he hasn’t changed. I made an appointment right away to see him. Yes, he’s an awesome doctor and I’m happy to have found him again.

Dr Valmond is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. In fact, I’ve been a patient of his since 2007/8. I have followed him to the different facilities he’s worked and I am so glad he has opened his own practice. Dr V is intelligent, caring, respectful, AND he listens to you! I cannot express how important that is in today’s age. He’s an awesome human being. You will not regret making an appointment to see him.
