I started at the clinic a little over a year ago the first experience did not go well but came back and was comfortable with my dentist which is saying a lot but the director is not concerned about her patients you receive a letter stating they will no longer see you because of a schedule issue that began from the very start I have been patient yes frustrated but really you all should do better.

Just a 1 star because of the evil receptionists in the front desk. The one Spanish woman and the white woman with the big forehead. I had set an appointment for September 10th and I show up and they tell me they don’t have an available dentist and reschedule me for the next day at 9. I show up 4 minutes late and they start rolling their eyes and looking all crazy they said they were going to “make an exception”. Dentist was very nice but the front desk needs to be completely replaced

Very professional and courteous staff. Doctor was intelligent and experienced. I'm glad I chose this office.

There’s no direct clear communication here. I called September 11th about a refund because I found another dentist and I was told two weeks and when I called on September 29th it’s now a month to two months. It definitely didn’t take that long for them to take it.
