Didn’t get to go in person but I called to inquire and the receptionist is very careless, instead of working around my schedule and seeing how we can book an appointment in Spanish she said well I don’t know what to tell you. I will make sure that when I speak on dental offices I emphasize to skip this one!

I'm so happy with my Dentist Ms Rodriguez she has helped me maintain most of my teeth For several years. I remember telling her to remove my teeth and she said no love your teeth. they're beautiful. I'm so happy she cared about my teeth now, I see how important they are to have teeth. Thank God she's my Dentist and my daughters too .We are blessed to have her as one of the best Dentist in Washington heights.

I am deeply disappointed in the decline of this dental center's customer care. I have been a long time patient of this dental center and after my appointment today, I am officially seeking a new dentist. For starters, the dental office opens at 10am and the dentist does not arrive until 11:30am. Meaning, even if you are the first person to sign up on the sign-in sheet (yes, they do first come, first serve, so while you have to make an appointment, you cannot set a time) you will not be seen until earliest 11:45-12. The dentist, while she is pleasant, is too comfortable with her patients and casual. Today I went in for cavity fillings, and the doctor pointed out that I had 4 cavities and because she was "backed up" and overwhelmed with patients, only filled 2 of my cavities and told me to e

This place is a joke, Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, with extremely long waits. Mostly centered around elderly retired patients who have the time to wait around, waited (2) hours with an appointment's date and was never severed. secretary abandoned their shift for lunch without notifying anyone, leaving an empty office for 45 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else .

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DON'T GO HERE. Went to get fillings done and on top of a two hour wait (no appointments, walk in only?!) my filling fell out within one day. Went back into the office to get it corrected, they did so at no charge (one week later after another 2.5 hour wait). FILLING FELL OUT WITHIN A DAY AGAIN. I opened up a claim with MetroHealth to get the work done elsewhere and Audubon had the audacity to say there was no dental malpractice and having a filling fall out just happens (twice? within one day each?). Dentist's personal rec was to not floss around the area where my filling is... and to brush tenderly there. Absolutely terrible in practice. Great bedside manner, but if you don't know what you are doing, it doesn't matter to me how nice you are.
