I went to Hearing Health Connection with my father when it was time for him to get new hearing aids. Holly was so nice and explained everything to us about how hearing aid technology has developed and improved since my dad purchased his hearing aids five years ago. He LOVES his new hearing aids and there is a HUGE difference in his hearing.

When I first called to make an appointment, I spoke with a lovely woman named Patty. She was so upbeat and friendly. She was able to give me an appointment within two days. I went to the office, looking forward to meeting Patty. She was so very kind and friendly -- I felt so at ease! She then introduced me to Holly. Holly had a big smile and answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. After talking with Holly, I also met Steve, who was very friendly. All in all, my visit to West Shore Hearing was exemplary. Patty, Holly, and Steve are wonderful. Please keep up the good work, guys! Thank you so much.
