I have received nothing but superb service from Audiology Research. I can personally recommend Tanner. Tanner was excellent with my hearing exam and work I have needed on my hearing aids. He makes sure your hearing aid needs are satisfied before you leave. This office has strong integrity and you will feel it when you walk through the door. The owner Kevin gives a professional personal experience. He has owned this business for many, many years. You wouldn't know that by his sincere enthusiasm as he greets you. Where most people are burned out by so long a time in a job, you would never know it. Make an appointment with them. You won't regret it.

Buyer Beware!!! My insurance requires the "hearing aid services to be covered when provided by or purchased as a result of a written recommendation from an otolaryngologist or a state-certified audiologist". (Quoted from my insurance benefit booklet.) After my hearing test was conducted and my insurance billed for the hearing test, I was told that in order to purchase hearing aids I needed to go down the hall to the nose, throat, and ear Dr. to get permission and approval to use my insurance. I questioned Audiology Research about using state-certified audiologists and was told they are certified, however my insurance requires more to purchase hearing aids?? They billed and received their money from my insurance for the hearing test no problem. um, just saying

Audiology Research Associates handled a workers comp claim for me. They worked with the adjuster to properly provide me with my hearing needs. After administering a hearing test they identified my type of hearing loss and explain why I should be in a different style hearing aid than what I had been given six years prior. I am 100% satisfied with my new hearing aids and I wear them daily. Thank you Audiology Research Associates

Very disappointed!! The billing should noted accident related so the auto insurance will pay it. The auto insurance contacted them and still not done yet and they bill me. Another one is my friend saw this office and recommended a hearing aid and because she doesn't have extra money, they sold a piece of junk and she could not wear it.
