This was the best experience at a doctor's office I have ever had. Also he provided several cost options with a free 4 week trial period and only pay if you are happy with the hearing aids. I Recently made a visit to look in to new hearing aids. My old pair, from a national chain, were not doing a great job. The staff did an outstanding job during my entire time here. The assessment was the most professional and thorough I have experience in my past 8 years of having hearing aids. I discovered that my current devices were not true hearing aids, but amplifiers. My new hearing aids came in and the Dr. Personally set them to my prescription and trained me how to use the app. I can't tell you how much of a difference it has made. I can't say enough good things about my entire experience here with everyone. I can actually hear my wife with clarity, birds and so much more that I was missing. I don't care much for hearing all the cicadas though, if I'm being honest.

I will say the are very patient with kids. Because I will say my twins are 2 and it was hard getting their test done. However they let me walk them around and try to do whatever needed. They still didn’t do it. They have a lot of room to park as well. So I can’t complain

Wonderful staff and experience! Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was kind and informative. They made sure I understood everything from the forms to my hearing results. Dr. Gnewikow tested my hearing thoroughly and was very clear at explaining my hearing and what could help me. Dr. Richardson made adjustments to my hearing aids that made them sound much better. I could tell they really cared about my hearing. I will definitely be back!

I have a severe high frequency hearing loss and did not expect to gain the degree of improvement I achieved with my new hearing aids. My hearing test with Dr. Gnewikow and subsequent follow up visits with Dr. Bradsher have been very professional, honest and pleasant. The costs of top quality hearing aids is high but the rewards of being able to hear and communicate better is very much worth the price. The included TV transmitter that helps understand TV programs and movies was an unexpected plus. I recommend their services to anyone struggling with a hearing loss.
