They take the time to listen to your specific and particular needs. Their test drive program really helped in choosing the right hearing aid. I had time to try several different brands, and I was able to try them out in various situations. Hannah was very patient until I found the one that was right for me. Then my world opened up again. I got back my life. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Nelson and her wonderful kind and caring staff.

Dr. Nelson is amazing. I brought my 17-year-old son to her for some badly plugged ears. She had his ears clean in less than 5 minutes. She also gave some tips to prevent the issue in the future. The experience was much better for my son than other places we have been to.

Great experience! My 3 1/2 toddler never lets anyone touch her ears, Dr.Nelson was calm and found ways to distract her while she did the exam. Very professional staff and nice quiet office. We will definitely be coming back to this office for future evaluations.
