Absolute joke. Dentist didn’t even introduce himself. I Have a double tooth infection and refused me pain meds and said the antibiotics would help with the pain. I explained to him that I had C- Diff which is stomach condition caused by antibiotics and he didn’t even know what that was. Had to go straight to the emergency room from there and then to another competent dentist. Don’t waste your time. Even if you have Medicaid like myself I’m sure you could do better. Worst dental experience I’ve ever had.

I have been to many dentist, but dr. Attalla did 3 implants and 1 crown and i had problems with all. (Called him and explained to him what he has done, but he never got back at me. I still contemplating to sue him.

I would give 0 stars if I could, went in because they were the fastest appointment I could get and my son was very small, I had a tooth that was in need of a filling, I got a cleaning and Atalla spilled water all over my face- he just laughed and said “sorry” but he was very unapologetic, shrugging his shoulders. Then when reviewing my X-rays “just a filling is all you need, how are we supposed to make money off of you?” I unfortunately came back the next week because I was in pain but the filling he did fell out the very next day. Complete waste of time, this place is an actual joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The last 2 times I went here were a joke and I walked out both times. The first time was 2 years ago dr. Attalla was screaming at his assistant in another language and made me so uncomfortable that I actually started to cry and left. The last and final time was yesterday. The only reason I went in was because my face is swollen and in excruciating pain. I just needed antibiotics for a really bad abscess. Well... he had myself in a room and he was working with a child with autism. Dr. Attalla had this poor boy waiting ( alone) with suction still in his mouth, for over 40 minutes while he was dealing with a computer issue. I was so mad, not only because I had been left waiting for so long but bc this child was left alone while he handled a personal issue 😕 ne

I am a 65-year-old male living here on Long Island, over the years I have gone to many dental offices, after my primary care no longer excepted my insurance I sought out a new dentist, I have to say at first glance I was somewhat hesitant but after dealing with his office, the professionalism of his staff as well as the caring concerning demeanor of this doctor, I have to say, I will probably never go anywhere else again. This man has hands guided by God and I experience this firsthand. He is absolutely without a doubt one of the best . God bless him.
