Our first visit with Dr. Yevgeniy Drakhlin, MD on 10/20/25 was nothing short of amazing. He was able to see my 93-year-old grandmother when her regular doctor, Dr. Elizabeth Levine, didn’t have any availability. As her caregiver for 11 years while she’s battled Alzheimer’s, I’ve been to many appointments but this one truly stood out. Dr. Yevgeniy Drakhlin, MD took his time with us, asked all the right questions, and never made us feel rushed. His bedside manner, kindness, and professionalism were outstanding. Even with his strong accent, I could clearly understand him, and his compassion came through in everything he said. Appointment started 30 mins late with no apologies or explanation. Time with the doctor was about 15-20 minutes with no bedside manner, we're only there to check boxes, I guess. Has made poor referral options in the past. He Had to hold back laughing when I stated that he is my PCP and should consider my health important. He Won't help me by reaching out to specialist that won't return my inquiries needed to progress treatment but will send a referral for an appointment through his staff😐. I told him I have had trouble working with the specialist, being heard correctly and getting timely responses among other things. The specialist is 1 - 1.5 hours away. Best doctor, best nurses, best office staff that I've ever had and im 66 years old. 24 hour medical advice is outstanding!!. This is how a doctor and staff should be run !!!

Absolutely Terrible, nearly impossible to communicate with. It appears that all they do is pass the issue to different departments , ending in absolutely no results. Very very Bad for profit health care company. Sorry but the word is out there.
