Atrius Health Quincy Congress Street

First of I loved my GP she was the best doctor I ever had always took the time to listen and actually helped me my health was better than ever but because Atrius health are nothing but greedy uncaring of their patients and care nothing but getting their money has known put my health in jeopardy , I know I’m partly responsible for not keeping up with my portion of payments on balances my insurance didn’t cover but between my husband’s and my bills and copayments for visits and prescriptions it was difficult, they sent me a letter saying if I didn’t pay the bill in payments they will stop my care but before I could make a payment plan they put my bill in collections I called them to see about payment plan and talked to billing at Atrius health they said I have to pay the whole bill and I sti

0 stars honestly, many of the staff I’ve seen here seem to be unconcerned with patients actual wellbeing. Wait times are ridiculous, and no bedside manner from doctors. I have been trying to get sign off on paperwork for months. Will be changing ASAP

My new physician Dr Riad is excellent. I returned to Atrius health, and so glad I did. The access to the location is perfect, and plenty of free parking. The staff was friendly and the medical space is spotless, I was seen on time, and my after visit records were detailed and helpful. I’ll definitely continue my visits here.

Do you enjoy the waiting for the Dr. for over 30 minutes? How about having your Dr. not believe the symptoms you have or trust that you know what you’re talking about (here’s looking at you ladies)? Then this place is definitely the place for you. Otherwise I’d find a practice that actually listens and if they are running 30 minutes late, apologizes and offers even one iota of sympathy. I’d find a different Dr. because I can tell you right now, this place does not do either of those things.

**UPDATE ** I got a call back by the physician on-call. She was very helpful and pleasant. I had a pretty horrible experience this morning with the Coordinator answering urgent care calls. She was extremely rude and snippy which got me defensive and it only went bad from there. It didn't help that I had 101.3 temp either, or i would have had my wits about me. She put me on hold for 5 minutes and told me someone will call me. That was 3 hours ago. I explained I had tested at home for Covid with symptoms and was seeking the antiviral meds. I suspect I'm not going to get a call back... we'll see... I'm starting to understand why Granite Medical Group only has 2.5 stars. Not good.
