Husband was seen her today by Daniel Waksman DO. Husband come in with Flu like symptoms test was negative. However our daughter was positive a few days ago. Husband reported wife had given him Tylenol/ Ibuprofen this AM and was met with response of who does she think you are a child. When mentioning that temp was 101.2 and showed doc a pic response was those thermometers are horrible not accurate. Not offered a work note. Who can go to work with a fever? That’s why things are spread around. I’ve been in healthcare a long time and some days are rough but if you can talk to people without acting like they are terrible go home or retire.

Check in/front desk was very pleasant!! The provider barely even examined my hand and was not easty to understand or have a conversation with. There was no one to provide an x-ray and I had to go to a different facility. I did not receive any results that day or the next two days. Finally on Monday I had to call the director of imaging to even get the results of my x-ray. I will not utilize this location again!

I was seen this morning for pain in my left shoulder due to sleeping incorrectly. My experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. I was there for maybe 45 minutes in total. Dr. Reamer was so personable, kind and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. I’m glad I chose Atrium Health Urgent Care for my medical concerns while visiting High Point, NC.

All of the staff here were very friendly and went above and beyond with their help. Everyone was kind, helpful, and supportive and talked me through what the plan was. When I accidentally gave the wrong pharmacy in charlotte instead of greensboro the team went above and beyond and were able to quickly switch the location and still get me my medications that same day.

I was misdiagnosed by the doctor on 12/27/25. She stated that I had a virus and not the Flu. If I had been properly diagnosed on 12/27/25., I could have started Tamiflu within the 48 hr window. Because that window had already passed, the Tamiflu was no longer effective. I am still experiencing symptoms as a result.
