Every experience is normally great and beyond satisfactory here, especially Dr Haas ! That’s my girl :) she’s been my doctor since day 1 literally….. However one time i had to get in with someone else last minute named Dr Zvolensky, and It was awful, i was having (what i didn’t know at the time was) colitis issues, and i asked to show her pictures and she said “ew gross i don’t want to see that” …….. I feel like that’s all i have to say about her, anyway go see Dr. Haas, her bedside manner is beyond professional and she shows actual compassion

Nice urgent care, but would not return as long as Dr. Vu still practices here. After waiting an hour, the appointment was rushed and he was completely dismissive. If you go, do your research and be ready to advocate for yourself in case he is your provider. Don’t be afraid to ask for the tests that you want done. Or even better, ask to see someone else. All other staff were kind, professional and pleasant. Update 8/5: Received my bills. This place is extremely expensive compared to other Urgent Cares in the area. They claim transparency, but charged me $450 for my 5 minute visit which is significantly higher than the estimated cost online. All in all, I walked out of there owing close to $1000 for someone to tell me to "take a Motrin". Update 12/15: I received a separate $300 bill

We mainly use the Pharmacy here! The service is great and fast! We can park in accessible parking without having to park in the parking deck, which is a plus!

Went to Urgent Care in Clemmons to remove stitches put in out of state. Dr. Vu was great and painless. In and out in short order. Efficiently run.

Came here to be seen after a bicycling accident. The nurses were so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They had me bandaged up and provided me with detailed instructions on how to treat my wounds.
