Im 35 with a disability and looking to try this gym today for the very 1st time and get me and the wife age 43 signed up, unlike planet fitness and the Kernersville ymca who was not able to meet all of my ADA needs....also wasn't a huge fan at all of the year round child care services ymca had ethier, it was always extremely out of control, I couldn't get my service dog and or my dogs stroller through the hallways, bathrooms, etc and the massive kids would not leave my dog alone at all and staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the matter when I would bring it to the staffs attention which I did not approve of as it got to the point both me and mt wife for the last 3 months both had to say no more gym until we could find something more suitable that could meet all of my disability needs u

This gym is affordable, which is important with today's economy. The membership is a little over 40 dollars. Included in the membership is working equipment, indoor track, basketball court, fitness classes, three pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness areas upstairs, and downstairs. There are locker rooms with showers for women, men, and kids. The receptionists are professional and helpful. They have personal trainers on site. I have had the pleasure of working out with two of them. Jordan and Jalil are the real deal when it comes to a personal trainer. They are respectful, professional, friendly, and know what they are doing. I have lost weight, and they tailor the workouts to fit your goals. I pay 270 for 12 sessions. A lot of personal trainers are expensive. You are able to schedule your sessio

The Jaccuzi and Sauna will help you melt the stress away. The Facilities are top notch. Great staff and plenty of towels, lockers, beverage vending machines and excercise classes. And Ellen saved me from freezing in the cold when my ride even though I text them and said I would be ready before 6pm at closing, then sent a text that I was waiting, I had to call them to get them to come. When Ellen saw me standing in the windy freezing air as she was leaving, she stopped, let me come back into the hallway until my ride showed up! ELLEN IS THE BEST! THANK YOU SO MUCH! <3

My hubby and I joined this past Feb and enjoy every aspect of this gym. The staff is friendly. Great place to walk in a controlled environment. The indoor and outdoor pool along with a heated pool with a ramp to walk into it in case you have special needs. Sauna and hot tub. The changing areas are clean. Over all the best gym i have ever joined.

This is an exceptionally well equipped gym, with covered and uncovered pools, sauna, and jacuzzi. Very clean and distance between machines are good. Personnel are likable and courteous.
