Poor service, I walked up to the counter presented a bill to make a payment this morning. Instead of the desk person saying sorry, I do not need the bill, I cannot make payments using the account number she said whats the phone number then whats the birthday and then told me the amount that was the same as listed on the bill. So I asked her, so you do not need the bill and she said no. She applied the payment and then said here you go & handed me the receipt, I folded it and put in my purse. As I was leaving the counter she said have a good one. What happened to “Thank You and have a nice day”, or “is there anything else we can assist you with today.”

My nurse practitioner has been beyond horrible and her assistant was even worse. Significant delays on prescription refills that is a matter of life , incorrect medical coding , redundant tests without my consent and even tests that are absolutely preventative was coded in a way that I had to pay out of pocket . I also have received bills even after a year for simple doctor visit. I did not only get terrible service at this provider . I also paid $100s extra due to poor medical coding . I cannot speak for all nurse practitioners, but mine was nothing but a glorified project manager for referrals. Your experience might be positive initially however, if you see any similar issues , I assure you it won’t be the last one . I’m a silent quitter like many others .

I don't recommend this provider, they will charge unnecessary for your visit to the insurance and insurance will decline those charges and you will end up paying more. they submit claims incorrectly. I didn't received any service however still they submitted a claim under my name. There is no correct person in the billing department to answer your calls they simply say your total bill is in $$$. I have been calling their billing department for last 3 months and they were unable to fix my issue.

This medical office is extremely unprofessional. I have medical experience from other hospitals / healthcare facilities and I have never seen such a disconnect from patient care. We are here and coming because we rely on our primary practice / HCP to be available and the waits for appointments are months out. No on call doctors you can reach with urgent situations regarding prescriptions. Constant attitude from the operators and sadly we have not been able to get anything resolved and will be looking for other care in our area that cares more about their patient population.

I had an appointment 2/23/24. 8:40am ,I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment as instructed. The front desk Receptionist(Kayla)was not friendly at all. She didn't greet me with "Good morning, how can I help you or anything". She seems like she didn't want to be there. After my check in, I had to ask her, was I finished, she didn't even tell me which way to go to wait to be called. This is the first time I've experienced such nonchalant personality here. The rest of my appointment was good. The other staff was very friendly and very professional and helpful with my health care visit. Megan Webb was very friendly and very attentive to my health care visit. The others who attended to my health care visit was very friendly helpful and attentive to me too.
