This review is about the walk-in clinic. My regular appointments tend to go well. However, today, when I called about the walk-in clinic I was told that I needed to come to the office. So I drove to the office and was told that it would be four hours before the next available appointment is ready and that once I made that appointment I was free to leave and come back at the appointment time. I left the office around 1:40 PM and headed back home for my 5:45 appointment that for some reason I couldn’t make on the phone. I had to drive 20 minutes to the office to make the appointment because somebody has decided that this walk-in clinic cannot take appointments over the phone. I would suggest that if you want to make a clinic appointment over the phone that you call any of the Novant health

If I could give zero stars, I would. I spoke with the call center at 11:30 who said it would be no problem to walk in to the clinic since they don't take appointments. I arrived at 12pm and there was only ONE other patient in the waiting room. The clerk turned me away saying they had no more availability to see patients, even though they don't close until 1pm. There were only 2 other cars in the entire parking lot. She was very rude. Dont waste your time going there. Apparently being an "urgent care" doesn't mean they actually see patients unless they feel like it.

They are completely incompetent.... I went there for severe leg pain and knee pain they sent me to the ER for an x-ray of my big toe... They should be out of business within 6 months if not sooner
