If I could give Dr. SHERRI BARTON, MD 10 stars I would!! She's one of the kindest, most empathetic and educated providers around. She genuinely treats you like a human and not patient # 17111q. The urgent care staff are great as well, although check-in process seems to change every other month (strange). If you are reading this Dr. Barton, THANK YOU for listening to me and providing COMPASSION AND CARE. :)

I visited this office for a chronic cough a few days before Christmas. The doctor was great. Gave me antibiotics & prednisone. They also drew blood to check for infection. I was told to hold off taking the antibiotics until I heard from the blood work. Atrium was also supposed to call me for referral to ENT specialist. After waiting for a call back for over a week I went ahead & took the antibiotics as prescribed. The office finally called about the bloodwork, but not for results. They wanted me to come in for more bloodwork because they had collected it in the wrong vial. They also eventually called about the referral. But by that time I had already visited another ENT & didn't need the referral. I never had these delays & problems with Floyd medical. Once they became Atrium, they crash

I recently had an urgent need for medical care after moving to Cartersville, Georgia, from California. I experienced a severe allergic reaction after being stung by wasps and needed immediate attention. Since I currently don't have health insurance, I was anxious about where to go. I found an urgent care facility nearby, and I must say, I was incredibly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They took me in right away, which was a huge relief given my condition. The medical team acted quickly and efficiently, assessing my reaction and providing the necessary treatment without any delay. First time there. Upon arrival I was quickly received by a receptionist. Information given and posted to records. Then waited to be seen. Approximately 20 minutes and I was in a waiting room for the doctor. Another 5 minutes later the doctor came in, very nice and professional. He diagnosed my problem and in 20 minutes I was done and ready to leave. My problem was a blocked left ear. That was flushed and checked then I was done. Total time from enterance to exit of building was @45 minutes. All personnel, receptionist, nurses and doctor were very nice and professional. Couldn't be happier with the overall visit. This will now be my "Go To Doctor", when things go past my "Self Help" knowledge. My hearing restored. Thank you!!! 10 stars out of 10 stars.

Had a severe kidney infection and was in a great deal of pain. The staff was marvelous. They did not treat me, a senior citizen, as though my IQ had greatly diminished which was refreshing to say the least. I had been there a few weeks earlier when I broke my ribs from a fall so I knew treatment would be incredible. Jmc
